Mens lined 21 inch outseam gym shorts by Billabong. They stretch front to back, but not top to bottom. They're kind of heavy but the breathe so much with the lightweight inside lining. Drawstrong close. Sizes? Pictured are a LARGE on a 33 inch waist, a MEDIUM would have probably been a better fit. They fit fairly loose in the LARGE, 34 and above - go with LARGE but with the drawstring, you can get a lot of range on these. And if you're not a baller, these things are great to change into when you get out of your wetsuit in the summer.
