Overview
One of the more popular Snauk sandal/shoe styles. These things are so soft and so comfortable, they're like wearing nothing, but you're wearing something. Sanuk says they're sandals, not shoes, but I think they're shoes. Really light weight and comfortable shoes, but shoes. Great for messing arounf the dock, at the beach, getting groceries, whatever. They're really nice and oh so comfortable.
No stink Sanuks. I don't know what Aegis is, but it makes Sanuks not stink and that's really important for this type of sole. It's so light and airy, that a treated sole keeps the smell away. Cheapo knock of Sanuks don't have this treatment and will start to smell fast. I really thought the knock-offs were as good as the Snauks, but I was wrong. One reason is the smell. Sanuks don't stink. But the bigger reason is the Sanuk sole is actually more comfortable. I think you'll be glad you got a pair of Sanuks and you won't care if they're sandals or shoes.
