Did your transaction fail? First, we recommend you call the phone number on the back of your card to determine what steps you may need to take to complete the transaction. Your card issuing bank will have much more information regarding the situation and reasons for a failed transaction. HBCSurf staff has very limited access and rarely can do anything to help in failed transactions.

Here are a few reasons why some transactions fail:

1 - The #1 reason transactions fail is because of incorrect card numbers, CCV or expiration date. Enter the whole number each time, if your transaction fails.

2 - Are you outside the US?
Many non-US IP addresses will be automatically declined. If your transaction failed twice and you are outside of the US, Please call for help.

3 - Are you using a gift card?
Some gift Visa and MasterCard transactions fail because of the lack of AVS (address verification system) information. If you're using a gift Visa/MC and your transaction fails, first, check the balance on the card and then call us 877-560-9009

4 - Do you order online?
If you don't order much online or if this is your first time ordering online, then your transaction may fail. Call the phone number on the back of your card and they will be able to help you.
