Signature Service Shipping

Most items over $99 will require a signature for delivery. There are no exceptions for items requiring signatures.

Surfboard Shipping

The online price includes shipping to confirmed commercial addresses inside the contiguous US States (lower 48).

AK and HI shipping for surfboards will be approx $120 additional shipping charges for oversized packages.

Surfboards over 6'6 feet will only be shipped to commercial addresses within the lower 48 US States.

Please inspect your package before signing for surfboards. Once you sign the shipment, you can not file a claim for damage!

International Shipping for Surfboards.

International Surfboards can only be shipped to international addresses using an exporting service. We recommend the company below for shipping surfboards to international destinations. The cost is usually $160 to ship a board to most international destinations. Get your US address from MyUS and have the board shipped to their warehouse. Use the free shipping method on our website. Then MyUS will ship to surfboard to your address, most boards cost about $160 USD to ship using the company. This is the only option for shipping surfboards internationally and we're very excited to be a partner with them!

Surfboard Returns: You are responsible for return shipping for returned surfboards. Our return address is a confirmed commercial address, so that will save you some money, Take care in packing your returned surfboard and INSURE and require signature for the package. We will not accept a returned surfboard that is damaged. A minimum $25 restock fee will apply to each surfboard returned.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping (US Only includes Puerto Rico) is limited to packages of a standard size and does not include surfboards to AK or HI

Free Shipping packages are generally shipped within 48 hours.

Free shipping methods take from 4 to 9 business days and are sent via USPS Parcel Post or UPS. Free shipping method is at the discretion of the shipper company.

Paid Shipping - Expedited Shipping

Expedited (paid) shipping is generally shipped the same day (business day). Order received after 3pm ET are shipped the following business day.
