The following brands can not be shipped to a non-US address: Billabong, Nixon. O'Neill Wetsuit.  This list may change from time to time.  Any international addresses purchasing these brands will have their orders cancelled and refunded.

 

International Delivery Times

For the fastest delivery to International addresses, use a shipping service like www.MyUS.com, it's much faster and more reliable than USPS International Mail. And if there's a problem, it's solved quickly. The prices are a little more than USPS mail, but much faster. Surfboards to Japan in 6 days for under $300 USD. For large items. For estimated delivery times and cost using www.MyUs.com got to their international shipping rate estimator. If you need it fast, set up a MyUS account. We ship all items to MyUS for free, so the only shipping you pay is to MyUS. Expect to pay $16 USD more at MyUS. Expect to receive your package 4 - 12 business days sooner than using USPS.

AVS Shipping Delays
All products and cards processed through HBC6/HBCSurf/Hostel Board Company are subject to address verification. For international orders, you order may be placed on hold until your shipping and billing address can be confirmed with the issuing credit card company. This process can take up to 5 business days.

HBCSurf Direct Ship International is all done by the United States Postal Service. The USPS is not as fast as DHL, FedEx, UPS and others, but they have a good track record to all English speaking countries as well as most of Western Europe. USPS hands off the package to the home countrie's domestic mail service for local delivery.

Delivery times to the UK and Ireland are faster using direct ship USPS and less expensive, than using MyUS shipping services.
Delivery times to Australia can vary, but 2 weeks is typical using direct ship USPS Priority Mail International
Delivery times to Israel varies, but can be as fast as 6 days using direct ship USPS Priority Mail International 
Delivery times to other countries can vary from as little as 5 days, to as long as 30 days, even longer in remote destinations.  

USPS First Class Mail is a cheap, but very slow method of shipping international packages. Estimated delivery times up to 4 weeks to most locations. All USPS First Class Mail packages are handed of to the host countrie's National post service. This is the slowest and the least reliable of any shipping method. This delivery method is not recommended for non-Latin alphabet delivery nations.

HBCSURF only ships to the following countries. If your country is not listed, you must use a shipping service such as, www.MyUS.com.
 
United States of America, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

 If your country isn't listed, you must use an international shipping services www.MyUS.com, the rates are inexpensive, the shipping is fast and reliable. Even countries listed above are recommended to use an international shipping service when shipping to non-Latin lettering or countries with non-western address systems. We ship to them (for free) and they ship it out to you via UPS, DHL, FedEx or other reliable delivery systems. Because of the high volume, their rates are reasonable, even for larger items such as surfboards. 

 

HBCSurf does not provide direct shipping of surfboards to international addresses. HBCSurf provides direct shipping on many items in our online store and for a reasonalbe rate, however, there are some items we can not ship to international addresses. Most items are better sent through our shipping methods, but some items require a US shipping address or are too big (surfboards, SUP, etc... ) to send to international addresses. 

 

Tracking International Packages
Tracking international packages with USPS is not very reliable. Many times, an item will arrive before the tracking is updated. There is nothing we can do about this and we wish it were better. Tracking to the UK and Australia is better than many countries. If tracking is really important, NEVER choose First Class International Mail

 

Eporters - Freight Forwarders
When you use a freight forwarding company, the shipping and tracking information is usually much fast and more reliable. We recommend MyUs.com for freight and package forwarding.

 

How to get a US shipping Address

There are many exporter companies, but we recommend MyUS.com. They provide a very reasonable rate for shipping items outside the US and the shipping is often much faster than the US Postal Service methods.Rates are also very reasonable. A surfboards, shipped to Japan costs about $260 USD and that's the cheapest prices we've ever seen!

Smaller packages start around $30 to Japan and take as little as 3 days!

HBCSURF can not ship surfboards directly to internatinoal destinations. However, you can use a US shipping company to get your boards delivered to international addresses.
