Can I come into the store?

Yes, you can come into the shop. We're located at 811 B Coleman Blvd.  Mt Pleasant, SC 29464.  The showroom is at 811 Coleman Blvd. OnLine offices are in the rear building.
Showroom hours are Mon - Sat  10am - 7pm  |  Sun  11am - 5pm

Items prices online may be higher or lower than the showroom prices, this is due to manufacturers coupons and discounts.  Some discounts are only available through online purchases. Some item are only available online.  Our showroom has a much larger inventory than our online store and often, unique items are styles are available in the showroom that aren't online - so stop in and shop!

Are you Parrot Surf Shop?

We are the online shop for Parrot Surf Shop.  Whenever you buy somehing online, you'll see it charged under Parrot Surf.  Due to some legal issues at the time, we could not open an online store called Parrot Surf Shop and that's why we started the HBC family of online stores.

Do you repair Surfboards?

Yes we do and Angelo does excellent work with a fast turn around - weather permitting. Turn around is usually within 1 week. Extremely hot or extremely cold weather can make repairing surfboards much slower.  If it's too hot, the resin won't bond with the board and make a good repair.  Too cold and it takes a long time for repairs to set enough for sanding. You could increase the catalyst to increase the curing time in colder weather, but we find in creates an inferior bond. Sometimes it takes longer for repairs, but it's worth the extra time.

Is there a restock fee on returned items?

Yes, all items are subject to a minimum 10% restock fee. That fee increases to 20% after day 30.
